Process

Step 1: We clean the glass and marking the scratches areas. We plucking by waterproof electro coated abrasive disk (multiple counts and sizes) to glass surface until remove the scratches. While the scratches remove we use finest disk to make it smooth the whole plucking areas. After remove scratches it become frosty.

Step 2: This the final stage to clear frostiness and finesse. In this stage we used polishing pad and polishing compound. Our polishing pad has cerium oxide content, usually been used for optical glass polishing.Our polishing compound is Cerox 1650 is effective with most types of polishing pads under normal working conditions. It is particularly suitable for:

• Polishing spherical or toric opthalmic lenses, using low density polyurethane as well as slightly hardened felt cloth pads
• Polishing prescription lenses using Pellon pads
• Polishing optical lenses using pitch
• Installations for polishing large pieces, such as mirrors and television screens

Our removal process is performed on site and is considered a safe service. Our repair system first starts with plucking out the etching with 3 to 4 different special types of electro coated abrasive pads in the removal process. After the etching scratches are completely removed and we bring the glass back to new condition with a final polish. We are offering a 100% guarantee.
